Xavia Phoenix and Associated Identities: A Chronological Record

A first-person chronology of observations, preserved communications, photographs, and public records involving Xavia Phoenix and associated identities.
Introduction
Over the course of my marriage, I experienced a series of events that seemed unrelated at the time. Years later, after reviewing photographs, communications, public records, and court documents, I began reconstructing a chronology that changed my understanding of what had occurred.
This article documents my personal observations, communications I received, records I have collected, and the conclusions I later reached.

As of the publication of this article, I continue documenting and evaluating the relationship among these identities.
2021–2022: Events I Did Not Understand
While living in Bethany, Oregon, I repeatedly observed an individual in or near the bushes outside my home.
During that same period, I noticed Kyle Evan Morgan leaving our residence in secret.
At the time, I did not know whether those events were connected.
Looking back after later discoveries, I came to believe they may have been.
The Artwork
During these years, I financially and emotionally supported Kyle’s artwork.
I purchased his iPad, Apple Pencil, software upgrades, drawing supplies, paper, ink, business materials, and expenses associated with his artistic work and community outreach.
Kyle repeatedly drew the same woman’s face.
Whenever I asked who she was, he told me he was simply practicing facial features.
Only after later discovering photographs associated with Xavia Phoenix did I begin to believe those portraits may have depicted the same individual.
2023–2024: The Drive-By Incidents
Throughout 2023 and 2024, I repeatedly observed an older, lowered, off-white pickup truck driving past me.
On at least one occasion, a passenger leaned out of the vehicle and stared directly at me.
I told Kyle these repeated drive-bys made me uncomfortable.
He denied knowing the individual, referred to the person as an “ugly crackhead,” and told me not to worry.
At the time, I accepted his explanation.
Only later did I begin to believe the individual may have been Xavia Phoenix.
Later Discoveries
At a later date, I found photographs associated with Xavia Phoenix on Kyle’s computer.
I also received communications that I understood as claiming an intimate relationship with Kyle while insulting me personally.
One communication came from an account using the name Brigitte Kenny, attempting to persuade me that I had been deceived or catfished.
I preserved those communications and continue documenting the relationship among the various names and accounts involved.

Public Records
Court records identify Xavia Phoenix in connection with Kyle Evan Morgan’s release arrangements.
That documented connection overlaps with the same period during which Kyle committed acts of violence against me.
Separate public records document the criminal case against Kyle, as well as CPS findings involving harm to my children.
Those records are discussed in separate articles within this archive.
Why This Article Exists
If Kyle had wanted to leave our marriage and pursue another relationship, honesty would have allowed both of us to move forward.
Instead, I spent years supporting our household, supporting his artwork, raising our children, and trying to preserve my family while many events around me remained unexplained.
Only after reviewing years of records did those isolated events begin to form a chronology.
This article preserves that chronology as I experienced it.
