Kyle dated an ex parte status quo motion on January 21, 2025, and the court filed it on January 23. He asked the court to prohibit either parent from hiding the children or interfering with the other parent’s usual contact and parenting time.

Two published video segments contain a recording of a December 4, 2024 verbal exchange involving Rebekah, Kyle, and a minor child. A line-numbered transcript was prepared by Rebekah on February 5, 2025.
