Kyle submitted an application for Oregon Temporary Assistance for Domestic Violence Survivors on December 3, 2024. The related records state that he was found eligible beginning December 4, 2024.
The application contains Kyle’s descriptions of the household and his allegations against me. Among other statements, he alleged that I verbally abused him, took away a vehicle, restricted his access to food, and took away a laptop.
He also stated that he had difficulty caring for himself and feared that I would cause him to “snap” and then call the police.
The application records “No” in response to questions about whether he had cash or other resources and whether another person or organization could provide support.
A financial worksheet separately lists:
