December 1, 2024: Ring Camera Records Kyle Bringing a Grocery Bag Into the Home

Ring camera footage dated December 1, 2024 records Kyle entering the home with a brown paper grocery bag two days before he submitted his TA-DVS application.

At approximately 5:51 p.m. on December 1, 2024, the Ring camera recorded Kyle approaching the front door while carrying a brown paper grocery bag. He opened the door and brought the bag inside the home.

This recording was made two days before Kyle submitted his December 3 TA-DVS application, in which he alleged that I restricted his access to food.

Together with the November 28 and November 30 recordings, this footage documents repeated instances of Kyle entering the home with grocery or food-related items during the days immediately preceding his application.

The video does not itemize the contents of the bag, identify who paid for them, establish what other food was available, or resolve every question concerning food access. It documents the specific event visible in the recording.
