August 28 to November 27, 2024: Kyle’s OnPoint Bank Statements

This entry preserves Kyle’s redacted OnPoint Community Credit Union statements covering August 28 through November 27, 2024.

The uploaded PDF contains 14 pages:

• One cover page prepared for this Evidence Locker entry
• Thirteen original bank-issued statement pages

There is no duplicate or extra statement page.

The bank issued:

• Four pages for August 28 through September 27
• Four pages for September 28 through October 27
• Five pages for October 28 through November 27

ACCOUNT TOTALS

The three statements report:

• $2,589.24 in total credits
• Seven payroll deposits totaling $1,645.63
• PayPal and Squarespace deposits totaling $943.61
• A $448.30 ending checking balance on November 27
• A $10.54 regular savings balance

The individual statement periods show:

• August 28 through September 27: $574.10 in credits and a $144.97 ending checking balance
• September 28 through October 27: $652.62 in credits and a $134.14 ending checking balance
• October 28 through November 27: $1,362.52 in credits and a $448.30 ending checking balance

FOOD-RELATED TRANSACTIONS

My review identified 56 transactions at grocery stores, restaurants, and prepared-food businesses totaling $1,601.14 during the full statement period.

Between November 8 and November 27, the statements show 13 food-related transactions totaling $319.36. The final grocery transaction shown was posted on November 26.

Purchases from grocery retailers may include non-food merchandise. The statements identify the merchant, date, and amount, but do not itemize what was purchased.

EMPLOYMENT AND OTHER DEPOSITS

The records show recurring payroll deposits identified as Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation. The final payroll deposit shown was $254.61 on November 27.

They also show PayPal and Squarespace deposits, indicating additional account credits during the same period.

TRANSPORTATION AND SERVICES

The statements contain fuel purchases, vehicle-service activity, TriMet charges, Uber charges, telephone service, laundry, business-related expenses, and online-service transactions.

These transactions document account activity. They do not independently establish who possessed a particular vehicle, laptop, telephone, or bank card on any specific date.

WHY THIS RECORD MATTERS

These bank statements provide contemporaneous financial context for representations Kyle made in his December 3, 2024 TA-DVS application concerning wages, available resources, food access, transportation, and household support.

The statements document payroll and other deposits, available balances, and repeated food purchases before the application.

They do not establish Kyle’s exact account balance on December 3 because the final statement ends on November 27, six days earlier. They also do not establish who possessed the bank card, what food was physically available inside the home, or what happened during verbal interactions.

Credits are deposits into the account and are not necessarily equivalent to net income.
