November 28, 2024: Ring Camera Records Kyle Bringing a Grocery Bag Into the Home

Ring camera footage dated November 28, 2024 records Kyle entering the home with a brown paper grocery bag five days before he submitted his TA-DVS application.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on November 28, 2024, the Ring camera recorded Kyle approaching the front door while carrying a brown paper grocery bag. He opened the door and brought the bag inside the home.

This recording was made five days before Kyle submitted his December 3 TA-DVS application, in which he alleged that I restricted his access to food.

The footage provides contemporaneous visual evidence that Kyle could enter the home and bring a grocery bag inside during this period.

The video does not reveal every item inside the bag, who purchased the items, what food was otherwise available, or the full circumstances of Kyle’s food access. It documents the specific event visible in the recording and should be considered alongside the other dated Ring videos, bank records, written household guidelines, and Kyle’s subsequent application.
