November 30, 2024: Ring Camera Records Kyle Bringing Creamer Into the Home

At approximately 6:01 p.m. on November 30, 2024, the Ring camera recorded Kyle entering the home while carrying a bottled grocery item that appears to be coffee creamer.

This recording was made three days before Kyle submitted his December 3 TA-DVS application, in which he alleged that I restricted his access to food.

The footage documents Kyle entering the home with a food-related item during the period immediately preceding that application.

The video does not establish where the item came from, who purchased it, what other food was available, or the full circumstances of Kyle’s food access. It documents only the event visible in the recording and should be considered alongside the other contemporaneous records.
