Context
This April 24, 2016 Apple Messages/iChat transcript preserves an ordinary day of communication between Kyle and me.
The exchange is not presented as an abusive incident.
Instead, it provides relationship context between the April 23 family-outing record and the increasingly distressed communications that followed later that week.
The messages show routine coordination about where I was, when I was arriving, when I was leaving, and what the children needed.

“Checking out”
The messages preserve routine communication about my movements and arrival.
Evening Family Logistics
The evening messages shift to food and the children.
At 6:23 PM, I asked Kyle to order:
“two chicken teriyaki kids bowls”
The names identifying individual children have been removed from the public copy.
A few minutes later, I wrote:
“Come say hi to cranky butt [REDACTED - MINOR’S INFORMATION]!!”
followed by:
“Please!!”
Kyle then wrote:
“You're right I does lag”
and:
“But it is so good”
Why This Record Is Preserved
There is no dramatic confrontation in this transcript.
That is part of its evidentiary value.
A chronological archive should preserve ordinary days as well as periods of conflict. This record documents routine family coordination, attention to the children's immediate needs, and ordinary communication about movement in and out of the home.
It also provides contemporaneous context for the communications that follow later in the week.

The April 24 transcript contains several direct examples of me providing information about my movements:

Kyle begins the exchange by asking:
