Context

This April 25, 2016 Apple Messages/iChat transcript contains a short series of messages between Kyle and me.

Most of the record consists of routine arrival and location coordination. At 3:53 PM, I told Kyle I expected to arrive around 4:10, followed by “Here!!” when I arrived. Later that evening, we again coordinated where to meet.

The final exchange is notably different.

At 9:26 PM, Kyle wrote:

“Look behind you”

Less than two minutes later, I responded:

“Omg”
“Please”
“Help!!”
“Help me!!”
“Babe!!”

The transcript does not document what I saw, what prompted those messages, or what happened immediately afterward. For that reason, this archive preserves the exchange without assigning an explanation the record itself cannot establish.
