November 13, 2024: Written Household Boundaries and Separation Notice
On November 13, 2024, I sent Kyle an email titled “Household Guidelines and Next Steps.”
The email established temporary expectations for continuing to share the home while I operated my daycare and prepared to file for legal separation.
The written guidelines addressed:
Separate management of food and supplies. I asked Kyle to use his own food and expressly stated that he could keep groceries in his room.
Cleaning shared areas, particularly the kitchen.
Minimizing interactions in shared spaces.
Avoiding interaction with daycare children during operating hours.
I also told Kyle that I intended to file for legal separation and seek formal terms concerning use of the home, financial responsibilities, mediation, temporary orders, and a timeline for separate living arrangements.
November 13, 2024 email from Rebekah Morgan to Kyle titled “Household Guidelines and Next Steps.” The email establishes food, shared-space, daycare, financial, and separation boundaries.
WHY THIS RECORD MATTERS
The food provision is relevant to a later allegation that I restricted Kyle’s access to food. The email documents that I instructed him to manage and use his own food and told him that he could keep groceries in his room.
This record documents what I communicated and intended on November 13. Standing alone, it does not establish how every household interaction occurred or whether every boundary was consistently followed.
